Supports subordinates itself to the prestigious individual title may be a norm. However, support for Arsene Wenger to Robin van Persie is not the only form of objectivity.
The Dutch striker's name perch as top scorer this season while the Premier League with 26 goals as well as his position as captain of Arsenal, Van Persie make a decent name put forward to win the PFA Player of the Year.
PFA Player of the Year is a title given to individual players that play in the Premier League. The determination of who gets the title is based of voting is given all the players who competed in the Premier League.
"Van Persie is a strong contender for the title is, of course," said Wenger.
"This is the first year where he really has been consistent in his performance in soccer and this explains why he deserves a completely steal Player of the Year."
Arsenal manager also revealed that he had two other players worthy of the same title. Incidentally the name of the player from Arsenal in the opposite camp to-32 this week.
"[Manchester City] David Silva has a chance, Joe Hart as well," said Wenger
