Claudio Ranieri may not have been able to use the power of Wesley Sneijder for a long time due to injuries suffered by the Inter midfielder.
Sneijder suffered a muscle strain and was absent during Inter's 3-1 win over Bologna in Serie A Italy last weekend.
Disclosed Ranieri, Sneijder may be absent for a while, including when Inter face CSKA Moscow in the Champions League.
"Sneijder will not go to Moscow and it is becoming a serious blow for us," said Ranieri.
"My fear is he will be sidelined for a long time since the injury was more serious than we first thought. We still have to wait for what the doctor said."
