BARCELONA ARE SOLID DUO



Barcelona defender Dani Alves, admits he was amazed by the impact of Cesc Fabregas has given to the club since his return to the Nou Camp in the summer.

Since returning to the Nou Camp after spending eight years with Arsenal, Fabregas has scored four goals in four games, including three in La Liga, and contributed large as Barcelona won the European Super Cup and Spanish Super Cup.

And Alves admitted Fabregas has made a significant contribution to Barcelona even though the new little party lived.

"Fabregas has done a great job for us and has made major contributions to the team," said Alves padaha Spanish daily AS.

"This is truly an honor to play with him."

"He and Lionel Messi is a great duo in the field and they have a close connection."

Barcelona has just won a fantastic victory of 8-0 at Osasuna last weekend. In the game, Pep for the first time using a three-back formations. That does not make Dani Alves has changed its role objections.

"I just want to play football, regardless of the position where I am used to."

"I just want to play my role and help the team look good. I will always do my best in whatever position," said Alves.

"It's up to the coaches to decide in a position where I most needed."

Barcelona won seven points from their opening three league matches and currently sit in third place in league standings.
