Following a 2-year hiatus from the Singapore sporting calendar, the 23rd Canon Lion City Cup 2011 will mark its return as the platform for the brightest young talents from all over the world to compete and display their skills against each other from 18 to 26 June, in the Jalan Besar Stadium. With World class youth talents from clubs like Everton FC (England), Newcastle United FC (England), CR Flamengo (Brazil) and Juventus FC (Italy). Representing Singapore would be the Under-15s, and also the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic squad, who won the bronze medal at last year's inaugural games. These six teams is going to be battling it for honours over the length of 10 days.
